Skylar and Colt

I had the opportunity to hang out with Skylar, Colt, their sweet mama Brooke and Brooke's mom early one morning last weekend. The weather kept teasing us. It would be raining one minute and the sun was out the next, but we didn't let that stop us! We just changed plans, changed outfits and waited on the weather to cooperate. I had so much fun with these sweet boys. Skylar was so hilarious and such a good sport when we ran into an incident with some ants, while Colt was a perfect baby and SUPER cute. Brooke said she wanted some "priceless" pictures of her boys, so I hope I was able to capture some for her!

And even baby Colt had his turn on the railroad tracks (don't worry the train doesn't come through on these anymore!).

Sweet Sadie!

Meet sweet baby Sadie! She was celebrating her week birthday the day we took these pictures. She was the youngest baby I have ever been able to photograph (and I'm hoping that will change soon), so I expected her to sleep most of the session. Sadie had a different plan and a few tricks up her sleeve for her Mommy and me. We pushed through though and I think the images are great. She is a beautiful baby, but what would you expect from Matt and Valerie? Congrats guys! I hope you like them!

Charlotte

Meet sweet Charlotte! She was an AMAZING baby to photograph. Her family said she had a rough morning before I got there, but she was awesome when we started shooting. Her "Nana" set up this session for us, and I had such a great time. She is only 5 months old, but is already a natural in front of the camera. She looks like a little baby doll and has the best personality.

Jadyn

Jadyn was ALMOST 1 month old the day we had our photoshoot. She is a sweet little thing! Baby shoots are so much fun because you never know what to expect, and although things might not go as planned, they are still adorable and create beautiful images. Jadyn's mommy, Rachel, took care of Cameron for the first few months I went back to work. She was great to him, and I will always be grateful. Jadyn doesn't quite know or understand yet how long her mommy and daddy wanted and prayed for her, but I know one day she will. I thought this bible verse was so special, and I wanted to include it in her pics. I hope you guys enjoy! She is adorable!

Addison

Meet Addison! This wasn't an "official" photoshoot. I hadn't seen Shanon in over a year, and I felt it was definitely time I meet her new addition, so I called to ask when I could come over. I came in with my camera in my hand and made myself at home. I love how some friendships stay the same even when everything else has changed. We are both mommies now, so our conversations were about formula, colic, sleeping patterns, and mainly our children instead of the things we gossiped about in high school, but the relationship was still the same...great friends! Thanks for letting me shoot a few of Addison! She is so pretty!
